Would you like to join the Global Category Management Team at Kramp? We are seeking a dynamic and competent Category Specialist to join our agricultural Machinery Category!

 This role is a unique mix combining the technical insight of a Product Engineer with the market insight of a Category Specialist. As part of our Global Category Management team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of agricultural machinery parts, including parts for ploughs, tillage machines, sprayers, planters, seeders and combines. Reporting to the Head of Category, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall maturity of the Machinery Category.

What is your role?

In this role you will use your in-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery parts and the agricultural machinery market. Together with a strong understanding of data and content, this will help you excel in your role and support our customers in effortlessly finding and understanding products.

You gain fulfilment from ensuring that all items are accurately displayed and attractively presented in Kramp's webshop. Furthermore, you will work closely with our Digital Asset team, our Data Content Management team, the Category & Supplier Managers to ensure a coherent and relevant presentation of the product range. Other tasks you will be responsible for are: 

  • Coordinating the item creation process.
  • Proactively monitor and ensure the accuracy of data entry and publication.
  • Review the digital assets and attributes of Machinery Group items on the webshop for correctness.
  • Proactively align with stakeholders on delivery of content.

Who are you?  

We are looking for a collaborative team player with a passion for the Agricultural Machinery and innovations. In addition, we are on the lookout for someone who possesses the following points:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Product / Category Management within an international wholesale organization.
  • Product and market knowledge in agriculture, especially in agricultural machinery and spare parts.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of feeding information clear and concise to cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
